Hearts Pest Management is a company that believes in not only talking the talk, but also walking the walk, when it comes to empowering employees and providing them the best career and benefit package available in the industry. That is why we were very proud when our employees nominated us for the distinguished San Diego Society for Human Resource Management Workplace Excellence Award for 2007. On Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006, Hearts had the unique honor of a full page write-up in the Union-Tribune, titled "A Good Buzz," that decribed our strong pro-employee corporate culture. Recently, we were also nominated for the San Diego Business Journal Best Workplace award, small business category. Whenever possible, we will support, without endorsement, non-political organizations that our employees support. In this spirit, we are members of the Greater San Diego Chamber of Commerce. See a write up on our website support for LGBT employees. Read below, how some of our employees have grown their careers here at Hearts Pest Management. |
